Hel, pocheret pighvar med sommerkål og urter – Rick skulle lave et program om at spise en weekend i København og endte med – han er jo selv fiskekok – at indtage sandhedernes sandhed om de danske have hos Røde.
Det brød sig meget bedre om end mad lavet med pincet 🙂

Rick Stein embarks on a series of culinary long weekends in search of food excellence and brilliant recipes, heading to markets, restaurants, wineries, cafes and bars.
So far his love for food has taken him to European cities like Berlin, Bologna, Vienna, Reikjavik and Boreaux where he has experienced the local cuisine and traditions.
